Utilizing the Customer Portal
In the customer portal of contractSAVE, you can access the data related to your subscription, invoices, credits, and your payments.
Only the person who set up the contractSAVE account can access the customer portal. After registration, an invitation to the customer portal will be sent.
Use the menu to switch between views in the customer portal. The customer portal is essentially self-explanatory. If you have any further questions, you can send us an email directly from the customer portal.
We would appreciate it if you could review our software. You can also do this directly in the customer portal. To do so, click on the "Review" button on the homepage of the customer portal. Please note that we may use your review for marketing purposes.
